Hi! I’m Sylvia and I love helping mission-driven organizations scale their impact through strategic funding. My 360-degree perspective is what sets my approach apart. I've worn every hat in the nonprofit funding journey: designing and managing programs on the ground, writing winning grants to fund those programs, and sitting on the funder's side of the table making grant decisions. I combine this unique experience with my work as an operations consultant for social impact organizations, which gives me an unmatched understanding of what makes programs both impactful and fundable.
I've helped organizations secure over $730,000 in funding, but what really lights me up is seeing how that funding transforms communities. Whether I'm diving deep into program design or crafting complex grant narratives, I am always thinking about the real people whose lives will be changed by this work.
